Momma saw a super dark brown wooley worm the other day. Doesn't that mean it's going to be a bad Winter? Boooooooooy, I'm crossing fingers that it does. LOVE the snow.
Winter here has actually warmed up over the years...I remember when I was a kid there was enough snow to build snow forts, school actually closed for a whole week, we had white-outs, and blizzard warnings were a weekly weather call...now last year we had almost 70 degrees in February....The kids had one snow day, and I havent seen a white out in YEARS!!
I remember in 1992 I moved to Rossville, Georgia and wouldnt ya know it, they got a blizzard! The day before they expected it, there was no food on the shelves, no milk, the schools were closed and all together we got 3 inches (which was melted after about 14 hours) oh...and people in GA have no clue how to drive in snow! Not that Im making fun..but geesh, ask someone to go to Wal-Mart when there is a chance of snow and you will understand!!

I even have a hard time adjusting to them myself and I was raised in the midwest.
