Am 32 in nine days from now and am feeling good. I have stop smoking about 3 months now. I'm not eating after 6pm and I join a gym to date I have lost 5lbs - I know its not much but I have come a long way. Am trying to pray every morning - a least and being in touch with my inner self. Yeah I feel good. I just wanted to share that with you guys. Thanks.

Great attitude ! Taking control is the right way to put it into words. Congratulations on the smoking....this is a win for you and everyone around you .

Also keep in mind that you can get a lot of support here. This is how I stopped smoking also, I started a thread and every day it was my goal to be able to post that I didn't smoke today. It's been well over a year for me now, so it works. Yeeee-Ha !

Well done girl I wish I had your type of resilience, The gym's ben calling out my name for weeks, telling me to get rid of my moobs......

my heart just keep racing but the last time it lasted a good 5mins or so and it was hard I thought that's it. I got so f#¥king scared that I tell myself its time I stop abusing my body plus I want to see my grandkids. I ent lying that day I got freaked out big time.

Your life has changed, congrats! But after 6pm, have a soup, cornflakes or fruit. You're fooling yourself if you don't have a meal in the evening. That's when you are suppose to enjoy a meal, because you are home, relaxed!

I stooped to eat bread and sweets , a week ago.... and gained 5 pounds....I must be doing something wrong.....
