I have just watched it on youtube, and it unbelievable what those people are facing, and are unable to do anything about it.
The only thing i will say,is that Australians are a tough bunch, and they will give it thier all,and pull together.
Good luck to all in Australia.

It's a land of drought and flooding rains that's for sure.

Most of the Aussie CSers seem to have been in touch and they are okay which is good news.

I have friends and family in these affected areas and some of them have not been able to speak with us because the phones are down, so we are hopeful all is well.

Your thoughts and prayers are very much appreciated.

cheers

But the Most of peoples were in the areas beside river
Most of them are labour category and many of them depends on the daily wages they still have some problem becoz they didnt have sources before and Govt is trying to help them ,Many NGOs and ,Local Citizens and Govt have a role to save them hug

wave Hey Blue, I hope that you, your friends and family are all Okay...

I've got back from being evacuated yesterday .. and fortunately the rain has stopped where I am, and we are all safe and sound. Luckily Im not affected by the Brisbane River, but one of our Aussie forumittes is, and sadly her home is now completely under water blues Please send all your good energy out there, cause so many need it.

I live out on the North side outside Brisbane, we have flooding, not as bad as in the city, our worries have been with our livestock.

Friends are throwing their properties open for others, as so many places are flooded now, horses and other livestock suffering horrendous injuries being washed through fences crying and others drowning.

Its heartbreaking to say the least. I will say that the spirit in Brisbane and the country areas is strong. People are just doing what has to be done to keep each other safe, it makes me proud.

Im one of the lucky ones, my little pony 'Sparky' is safe, although a bit soggy, and I have wonderful friends, who took me in.

So thank you everyone for all your good energy, care and concern.
