I got an email from Facebook saying I had 2 notifications but I don't belong to Facebook. Checking the IP addy of the site they wanted me to click on I found it was from New Delhi, India. I deleted the email. Should I have clicked on the link?

I get loads of those fake notifications - just delete them and forget about it.

if your not already on it and its not an invitation to become a friend from an actual person you know than yeah i would definitely ignore it

I deleted it without clicking the link. I'm curious how they got a hold of my personal email addy but I'm sure my addy has been on 100's of email lists by now and sold as many times.

if anyone you know has facebook they could have sent you an invite or accidentally did it, facebook use to have this thing to invite your friends on your email list, they still have it but i havent seen it for a minute
