I cooked Rabbit in red wine and tons of garlic ... for me and two of my kids the other son has chicken ... yum yum :0)

sorry to those who dont eat rabbit or have never tried it :0) I promise it wasn't related to bugs !

I've only had Rabbit once, it was too tough for me...but we had it fried then baked.

You have to have rabbit fresh and cook it really slow it loads of wine and garlic ( u can add a tin of tomatoes some frozen peas etc to build a nice stew type sauce ) great with pasta as well !
