we hear so much about "first impression" and "trust yur judgement", follow your "gut instincts" ot listen to "your intuition"
dispite all hte knowledge and experience with people we each have, we are not infallible... my question is as quickly and as readily we are to share our observation and opinions aabout ebrything.? When was the last time you aplogized for being wrong (sure use any other word to soften/lighten the guilt of your actions)

I find that I apologize often. I am sometimes misunderstood with my wording. Usually ends up that we were saying the same thing, just in a different manner. My actions on the other hand are something that I try and be sure of before I do anything to upset anyone.

yeah I currently was given the "what else was i suppose to think... if you would've did or said...yada-yada." and that in their mind constituted an sincere apology.
yeah how we react to someone elses actions is indeed a common breeding ground for misinterpetation

I on average 3 to 5 times daily am mistaken ,wrong and offr an apology of some sort. I brought this up because Of what i witnessed of a self proclaimed college graduate. they could not bring themselfs to even consider they might be mistaken.... it upset no Pissed me off to the extent I old theor lab coat anf put it in the biohaz waste can... could not even be civil and apologize. have we as people become so vain and arrogant that we cannot in public lace admit that we can be wrong??

of late i come to see more educated people having infalted ego and attitude of omnimpotence. the unmitigated gall of those people i tell you what I am comin to realize being "highly" educated does not nessasrily mean they are civil or respectful of others.

Today

I do not know this person very well, and I said something that made him unhappy. So I said I was sorry. Not a big deal. I think if I did not say sorry it would have hurt me in the long run.handshake

I'm English therefore I apologise even when I am about to complain about something. It's a fundamental characteristic of our language, 'I'm sorry to say this but... '
