what I have found on the net, and tried out on myself, for sinus ,was preparing basil tea with a pinch of salt and rinsing my nose with it

like in a neti pot?
i use a neti pot most days
which does keep things clear- but the honey makes your body so that you dont get the allergic reation
where as the nasal wash treats the symptom -
so yes! wash the nostrils with bobans tea to help you feel better and get local honey and within 2 weeks you wont need the tea because you wont have the allergy
problem solved- NEXT!

I have had problembs with sinus during my life and the thing that seens to work for me is going to the beach . I think that the warm salt water flushses out whatever makes me stufy. I know that this is just cause and effect and I do not know of any actual controle study to confirm it. I do however notice a marked relief when I go with some frequency . I'm also aware that you may not have the facilities like we do here . Oh well we wecome anyone who wishes to be here . . . . . . .

Drink herbal tea made from white stinging nettles and the leaves of a plant called plantain. They grow wild in most gardens.
Plantasin is anti-inflammatory and anti-estaminic as well as good for any respiratory complaint (not to metion blood and lymph cleanser and aider of production of white blood cells)

Those tissue salts are very good, but based in lactose, just in case that's on anyone's list of no-nos.

Only other thing I can think of is accupressure on specific points on the face - like accupuncture but use finger tips to apply pressure on the pressure points - either do a net search or get a book to find out where they are and how to do it -
Reflexology could also work or even accupuncture
