bollywood: " Almost All terrorists are muslims" should not be a reason to hate the whole musilms and Almost all muslms are not terrorists. The terroriists are just a few 1000s among a vast community of millions of Muslims. I dont understand why I should to have a dinner with a jew . You say he was killed by the same force that trained him...if that were true, he didn't listen much in class did he? Heck, the US tried sanctions, no fly zones, negotiations and gave over a decade of grace for Iraq to come to deal in good standing with their responsibilities and waited until the final resolution was done even holding off until Hans Blix stated Iraq was in material breach of the ceasefire.

The trail that led to bin Laden’s hideout in the town of Abbottabad, about 75 miles north of Islamabad, began between 2002 and 2004 with the CIA’s interrogation of al-Qaeda “high-value targets” at secret CIA sites overseas. Several detainees mentioned the “nom de guerre,” or nickname, of one of bin Laden’s couriers.
Some of the detainees who confirmed the courier’s nickname were subjected to “enhanced interrogation techniques,” the CIA’s formal name for what is now widely viewed as torture. This adds a moral ambiguity to a story that is otherwise one of triumphal retribution and justice.
The CIA spent years trying to figure out the courier’s identity. Using sources that U.S. officials won’t discuss, the agency finally discovered the courier’s real name in 2007, along with the important fact that he had a brother. In early 2009, a team from the agency’s counterterrorism center traced him to a compound in Abbottabad that he shared with the brother.

Albertaghost: I'll give the weak sister some due as it is his. He went into Pakistan without letting anybody know - not Congress, not allies, not the Pakistanis. He could have sent in a drone or a cruise but he opted to take the chance that this could go the way of Desert One and did this. A very politically chancy deal and, it worked out for all concerned. In that I have no beef and, it is a far cry from the way Clinton Bush or anybody else had done things until this.

Problem is that she simply said that the mujaheddin were trained in part by the US and not Bin Laden. She added his name but never said he was equipped or trained so go ask her for a proper quote and get back to us.

I just did't get that . All these people there and at Ground Zero. Didn't anyone have to go to work?? But I wish I was there.
After 9/11 my daughter and her husband were in a wedding in Viginnia. On the way home they wanted to stop and see Wash.D.C. It's quite easy to get lost in that traffic and her husbnd did. He pulled over and she was looking at a map, when a policeman came up to the car with a gun pointed at him. State your business, he said they both were so scared and thought: what! ! Then the cop says: do you know where you are at? My son-In-law said Washington D.C. The cop stepped aside and they were in front of the White House. They then saw all the snipers on all tops of buildings and were advised to leave.
It only proves we are protected even if we think not and they were advised to leave. I do think Security will be heighted much more now or it should be.
My son-in law was so nervous and never went back to D.C. To think while everyone was watching the royal wedding and /or sports last weekend , a huge decision was being made and it was good that we do not always have all the information, we need not know everything. It's for our own good and was said 24 weeks in the making not one thing was leaked out, almost inpossible. Glad to be in the USA.
