I think it's hard to read, annoyingly set out and the new colours are awful.
Also, the "you have mail" red square is staying highlighted even when all mail opened.

Dagosto: I like some of its features. You're right about the highlighting staying though. But that also happens with the Flowerbox. Not sure about the Carbox, as no one sends me cards.

Colour are *generally* easy to change with most site design. I could happily accomodate the layout changes, but would love to see the light background/ dark characters return

Light backgrounds are easier on the eyes. The dark backgrounds are very harsh and can endanger the eyes. This would be less people reading their emails.

Don't really care for it; lost letters sent out, that never happened before; icons light and go off at wrong times; don't find them as clear as the old way. All in all, it seems that as several times before, CS has 'fixed' something that was working just fine...

I haven't got any mail yet no right now I have no complaints.

The last time there were any changes on here was December 08 when the site had a major revamp. Many complained then but we all got used to it.
I'm sure admin will address and correct the issues with the mailbox in good time.
It's still the best site of it's kind, imo.

I'll have to take your word for how easy it is to change some things (as I said, self-proclaimed technotwit) and what is easier for most people to see.
A an earlier poster said, however, I am finding that which I click on is not always that which I get.
