To be honest, it happens in just about any social setting you get adults in....They revert back to High School shenanigans and drama ensues. Everyone draws to their little cliques and when someone is left out of it, they feel hurt for being left out or the people feel superior for being "in" and drama ensues...Just a fact of life really.
