Ive wondered, if there was a way to bring back normal.

I believe that we do have a say...
write an email to the mods, they do read them, and they do pay attention to them.
set up a thread, the mods do read them, and do pay attention to them.
The person in question is also capable to writing to the mods and speaking their case if they wish to come back.
In the end though, the mods dont just jump into the forum and ban people, people are banned because things they've said have been brought to the mods attention. The mods have read the comments and made a decision accordingly.
I think the mods do a very good job all told.

When you're banned and you go to post to a thread, there's a box with a message saying that it's not reports that get you banned, it's your behaviour.
Reports do in fact get you banned, but it's your behaviour in the first place that makes people report you.

Well I don't really know how you get un banned. But I would email again especially if they didn't reply. Maybe ask other members to write if they want them back. That's if you can put their name up of the forum.

Looking, the forum is not just the participants, the forum is also made up of people who read but dont participate.
So our posts can and are also reported by them.
If a post is offensive, then its offensive - if its reported, its reported - the mods then decide if someone needs timeout.
