Lookin4missright: Thats one of the reasons im a truck driver now was a bus driver for 5yrs a cpl of jobs ago. To many personalities to deal with & the driver (bus) was always wrong.
I catch the bus every now and then, if my car's having work done or I'm off to the airport by public transport, whatever, and most of the drivers around here are just brilliant.
Honestly, what they have to put up with is incredible
People getting on with no money (?), open bottles of booze, some asking detailed questions about the next bus to wherever while holding up a queue, kids yelling and climbing all over the seats .. and they do it all with patience and self control.
I usually sit up front and many times they have a good ol' chat with you while they're driving along and it ends up being a giggle

I have a couple of passengers I have made friends with in my facebook friends ...
I often talk with people when doing the seaworld run or the other theme parks ... makes for a short trip .. cause time just flys ... when ingrossed in a good yak ...
I have my old age sweethearts too whom think i am just lovely, cause they are in their 80's and 90's and I give them cheeky lil flirty comments .. It makes the old girls days ...

Check this ------> I loved the oldies specially the women. Back then i had long hair & in a ponytail, besides the kids pulling me ponytail saying "next stop pls driver" was cute & funny, there were these two old biddies that caught the bus every fortnite to go shopping etc.. on pension day. They used to bag me bout my long hair & tatts Or w/ever they could think of at the time, all in good fun (for them a/way)
One day i thought i'd fix'em up for all their bagging
The two of them were always the last to get off the bus. They got off at the last stop where the shopping centre was. There was a large roundabout i had to go around b4 i got to the stop (bout 60mtrs away)behind s/centre.The old darlings always got up & headed for the back door b4 i went around r/bout & held onto the poles so i had to go slow not to hurt them or send'em flying & think they new that. So what i did was, i yelled out "think u may want to get a harder grip on them poles ladies" Was funny coz they new me well enough to listen.
I went around the r/bout a bit quicker than usual but not once! I went around it twice
& just the force of the going around & around(dont know sientific word)caused them to be a bit disorientated & fark u should've heard them carry on . When they got off i was pissing meself laughing & so were cpl others that were waiting for the bus. They looked & sounded like 2 pissed magpies wobbleing down the footpath cursing me The next fortnite they loved me again & were over it.
And for sum reason they always sat up front close to me after that, but still bagged me for a few more years Sorry bout long story
Have heaps more good, bad & unbelievable ones but wont bore u again until xmas Man i hate typing
