But I agree with the first bit and No. 1
Just drop the stinking interest rates so that the silly 2 speed economy can go back to spending rather than everybody saving and retailers struggling to keep staff on or going under.
Maybe just put the interest rates up in the Mining states and leave the other states on lower rates?
