Her own health is far more important than finding Mr right. She was a time bomb waiting to go off before she lost that weight.

I can honestly say that when I was 48kg heavier I still had men interested in me, but my confidence was so low that I didnt believe that is could be true. And also some of those men were trying to use my low self esteem to achieve what they wanted, usually saying "I like curvy women, but most men dont" etc.

48kgs lighter and I am finding more men are certainly interested, but still find a lot of them are only really after what they want. Just now they try to talk me around to their way of thinking a bit more!

Sadly for them, there isnt anyway that I will change my mind to their way of thinking!

There are genuine men out there that like larger women, but like Faith has said, sometimes health has to take precedence.

Yes and my thoughts when posting this thread were about the low self esteem issue, some of those men who find these very obese women attractive capitalising on that.

My older sister has always had a weight problem and is still way to heavy, it causes her asthma and she has problems with her feet. Her husband is also very overweight and is pre diabetic. Neither have changed thier ways, its a real worry. Thier health is at extreme risk if they remain as they are.

Yes, my boss (female) is a very large woman.

She went to her GP recently with some problem and her blood pressure was through the roof .. imminent stroke material said the GP.

Both my sister and her husband are in the same position. I just cant understand why they dont value thier life more and try to lose the extra weight and become healthy again.

Absoloutely, can't believe that she would be more attractive when she was so obese?? Each to his own and beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that stuff but I think it will be just a matter of time before she pulls a real hottie!! Go Girl!! banana cheering wow
