i heard that hermon cain jokingly proposal to build a electric fence to keep out illegals from coming in our nation and i have to agree with that and rick perry idea of using U.S. troops along the border. the illegal immigrants pose a threat to our nation such as drug dealers killing our people. for example that brave border patrolman. we need to have troops along the border and tricks and traps. the illegals take away jobs and get benefits for free while us have to pay for them such as college tution,social security and welfare. even the legal hispanics don't like illegals coming in here because they give them a bad rep. my question why the democrats want illegals to come here? the answer is simple they want their vote. the democrats don't care for border security at all. this nation cannot be the melting pot forever. another why the illegals shouldn't be in here is when they do work, they send all their money back to mexico and they get on welfare. one solution is simple and that is cut off all aid to them and make it harder for them to work. then they would go back to mexico. also this nation should tell mexico of they don't fix their problems and keep their people in mexico, this nation should ban all commerence with them,ban travel to mexico,and etc.

This is truely the most assanine argument I ever heard . If you are an illegal ( that's illegal ) alien then you can not vote . Only those that are regestered can legaly vote ! . . . .

There is Border Patrol in the Southwestern states. Have you traveled to Yuma, AZ (one example) and seen the fencing that is in place?It is 20 miles from the country of Mexico. Have you seen the poles in the desert and along the mountain ranges with cameras to detect activity? Have you observed the watering stations that provide water for individuals crawling through the desert? There are Border Patrol stops in quite a few places in Arizona. They inspect your vehicle, ask if you are an American (you and all your passengers), ask if you are carrying weapons, determine if you are safe to "carry on your way."

I do not wish to stop immigration to the United States, after all we are a "melting pot;" but I do wish we were able to do more (as a country) to stop illegal immigration. I do not know what can be done but making general statements that seem to put all illegal immigrants as coming from Mexico is wrong IMO.

Legally is the opertive word here my friend....The question should be ...."Do illegal aliens vote"? The answer of course is a big fat YES,thanks to the Motor Voter act passed in the early nineties illegal aliens REGISTER to vote all the time.Where have you been hiding?This has been going on for almost TWO DECADES in the US.
