galrads: I have dual citizenship with usa and italy. When I'm in italy i have access to their national health care coverage, the same as any resident there. I've found that kind of health care lacking compared to what you will find here.

About the languages, i tell you to learn some foreign language to be able to speak with more people than your guide.
