Watched a documentary the other day where they were discussing the subject of eggs v cholesterol. They did a scientific test and came to the conclusion that eggs make no significant difference to cholesterol levels...unless you went mad and eat 6 every day! 1 or 2 eggs a day would be fine.

I was raised on 2 hard boiled eggs a day and look at me
Juneau: Well, I wouldn't have mentioned it, but you obviously have never seen yourself in that wedding video have you? It was slightly embarassing you know!
There is a biker event in New York State where we had a guy running around in that chicken outfit and all the biker babes wanted to have their picture taken "choking the chicken"
He was very popular and in demand all weekend long.
A couple of eggs a day (especially for breakfast) are good for you as a source of protein and besides, they taste so damn good.
waad_hadid: In some electronic sites,i knew that eggs could be useful if they were taken daily as breakfast,,even in my advanced age,,Is that right?
I like eggs and eat two for breakfast every morning. Sometimes boiled, sometimes fried, scrambled or omelet. They actually have lecithin in them that helps to reduce cholesterol. Only problem is with skin - they make it a bit dry and not so soft.
