Global corporatism (fascism) is a pretty good descriptive term.
What you call it isn't important.
When it comes to totalitarian regimes, there isn't much difference regardless of the supposed ideology.
And once its up and running they won't even pretend it's ideologically based anymore.
It's all about control.
All power and all rights taken from the people and transferred up to an increasingly centralized global authority.
