underwaterman: Rob, I would like to see it before it is cropped, and if it is not cropped, then I would like to see it from further back.

Its the same subject, but two different photos one camera allotted file name is P1013752.jpg and the other is P1013753.jpg

Merriweather: Oh, Underwaterman... your pic is just beautiful... and yes, so calm and peaceful...Hope the threads become infused with your calm and peace photo...

Thank you for your participation...

Thanks, I think of this one as nearly minimalism or perhaps zen? It reminds me of those little zen sand gardens.

Mr underwaterman... going by the photos so far, I reserve the right to wait for the weekend when I can be outdoors in daylight to take some photos...

Its going to take some and more to beat your pics...

wot a beautiful old building, love to renovate that
Jun 6, 2012 7:19 AM CST Photo Comp - Subject is STILL LIFE
was built without cement in the mortar, river behind it has washed out some the foundations and collapsed.

CTEK MXS 5.0 (also made in China) CTEK has 8 modes, 7 are charging one Rejuvenating and shows:
Firstly I connected the CTEK onto the new battery that the Projecta PC400 had said was Full. CTEK found the battery charge 80% as it reached stage 4 of its charging program before starting a charge.
I then took it off that battery and connected it to the Sealed Chinese Battery on the bike Projecta has been charging it for a week (less an hour or two each day) otherwise its been charging it day and night. According to the CTEK the Projecta PC400 has indeed fully charged that battery. So both can charge small bike type batteries no worries.

From what I've seen today, my preference lays with the CTEK MXS 5.0 over the Projecta because it tells you whats its doing, both however appear to fully charge the small bike battery ok.

Both charge to 80%, and you can start using the battery, however both require lot more time to fully charge the battery up to max

Darl, we each see beauty in a different way, if what I produce pleases people, then I have achieved my aim. Producing what I see rather than what the camera sees is my hobby and I devote a lot of time to it. I am seeing pics that people have taken with every day cameras and probably no research and learning and probably very simple editing programs and they impress the hell out of me.

Hi Mr Underwaterman...

I too am amazed at the beaut pics that people submit. Not only within this competition, but also the other photo competition that is hosted by Jeepers on fb... That comp has been running for almost 2 years now, and some of the photos are gobsmacking beautiful.

The other wonderful thing is, the other competition is International so we also learn by what we see... so lots of benefits besides the beauty...

Keep posting your photos sir, they are lovely... cheers wave
