Everyone's perception of tall is going to be different, based on their own height I'd imagine.
For me anything a few more inches than me I'd say was tall. But then for me there's tall, very tall and skyscraper.

thats how i see it too and would also say 5ft 10 up is tall....seems most men arent that tall these days I would consider from 5ft 10in to be tall.
