what do you like to do? what do you and the person you're dating have in common? something mutually agreed upon maybe unless you know of something specific you think she'd likemy own opinion is avoid over planning

go to a cafe ... have a walk together ...laugh,talk... and relax.

I can only talk from a woman's perspective, I would only meet in a public place, it's maybe better for the first time during the day for lunch or early evening for a drink (and avoid getting drunk). A walk during the day on the beach or whatever might be ok if she suggests it.

Keep it casual and light ...if your hungry go for a bite, if its a nice day go for a stroll and some gelato...like that

The first time I call it meet & greet, very casual at a public place,,then if things are working fine, the first date will be planned together. JMO
