Well I offered one time to have a CS meet in my bedroom but no one turned up. Now Im thinking of clearing out the sheep shed and having a Roman Toga party where I will be the Emperor.I was wondering what your take is on meeting up. Who has had meet-ups? Were they a good/bad idea? How soon after first contact did u meet the person?

Not that I've met anyone from here, but I've learnt from other meetups that curiosity kills cats and meeting intarwebs people is a bad idea unless one has established a decent level of written communication first. At least for me....but I supppose most people don't have that initial shyness thing as bad as me

Do what you want..if you want to meet then meet...don't be procrastinating..what the worse that could happen? you might not get along with them but thats life..chances are you'll get along grand
