Glengirl: Don't be building us up now, we don't like that

We had 11 different players register scores today so the reliance on Murphy is gone in that respect, but his support play today was outstanding

Ok, won't build ye up, BUT,laugh vast improvement and development on last years style of play. Ye still have a strong defence but with forwards who can shoot from distance, a forward line who can win its own ball and strong running players who can break through the tackle and defeat the purpose of a blanket defence. Yeah but , I wont say who I am tipping for the All Ireland until I see which teams the others go for.wink

Partiro: Hiya no I wasnt in Portlaoise I was at a family 'do' in Dublin but I was listening to it on the radio Limerick were very negative but Kildare wr very bad, kicked a lot of wides and dont seem to have a plan b good win for you today

Sunday game gave a totally untrue version of the game townie, I was there and Kildare were by far the better team throughout, Limerick had a brick wall 13/14 man defence set up. Ref gave us nothing all night and the best team won. Anything else would have been daylight robbery. Ask anyone who was at the game.thumbs up

My take on Donegal (as partially stated last year!!!!)

2011 was all about winning Ulster, anything beyond that was a bonus. They didn't believe they could beat Dublin, so we just sat back and let them come at us....

2012, there is a massive increase in self belief and confidence within the team. This year, they are going out to win, rather than going out not to lose.....

I don't see us going past the semis again this year, but, unlike last year, we will go down fighting cool

Hi dude well I was getting texts from people at the game and they were pretty worried and we seem to have a big problem playing against the blanket defence and our forwards dont have the confidence to score long range points and we have no midfield and have had no midfield in a long time

Absolutely thrilled for the lads today, but I need to "man" up doh

I cried tears of joy last year on the hill in Clones (we did wait 19 yrs for that win!!)

This year, I cried tears of joy when the cup crossed the border into Donegal help

Ok...I'll dampen down expectations for you to take off some of the pressure. laugh

Well done Donegal for winning the lowest standard Ulster football championship in 20 years. The defeated in the province included Tyrone who managed 7 scores against Kerry, Armagh who lost to the superpower that is Roscommon, Antrim who lost to Tipp, Fermanagh who lost to Cavan who were in turn embarrassed by Kildare. I'm not forgetting Derry who were beaten by Longford. Down look like a team that won't get too far either and Monaghan who were stuffed by an inept Laois.

I didn't cry 2 years ago when we won Sam, but I wasn't far off it. I had tears in my eyes going to bed last year after Mayo beat us. It was horrible. I reckon if we beat Kerry in Croker this year I'll definitely need the Kleenex.crying

Look the truth of the matter is that Dublin team are no good any more than the Meath team is, i saw better football played by the Kerry under 14`s ................ if Mick O`Dwyer and Mick O`Connell were on that field yesterday, the two of them would be enough to beat that Dublin team that you are raving about ................. end of story ireland
