It's not like I'm saying never. I just dont mail any women on here. I am really just on for the forums.
But I think the internet way is far more hastle to be honest. When you're out and about you know if you fancy them, and when you have your first chat you know if they are nice. I am all for the old fashioned way but whatever works for the individual!

the problem is that far too many people are afraid to give it a chance. they say they want one thing but then when the opportunity presents itself they don't do anything about it. i know it's different because you don't know you fancy them, but people should understand that, and give it a chance, otherwise don't bother at all, i think honestly a paid site is the real only way to go (for those genuinely willing to give it a try), because at least you know there's a better chance people are on the same wavelength when they're willin to part with their cash

I think you're right about the sites that charge. You will have a far better chance of finding people with a similar mindset on there. As you say there is no way you will shell out the Euros if you're not serious about finding someone.
But I just find every day situations easier.

It's 10 years now when I went onto a site. faceparty dot com It's a real BEBOesque type site. It's embarrasing to look at it now. But it was free then. And the last one I met off there lasted 6-7 years. And before that, same site young wan lasted about a year. But that wasn't serious.. and had a few short term encounters. Still things were diff then. I hadn't the money to be going out every other night at the time, so it was a handy gap filler.
Now I can't go out every other night because I wouldn't hold down the job and I'd fall apart at the seams.
I don't think it's hassle if you manage it right. But it can be a lot of hassle if you do it wrong and end up wasting time and money. Phone numbers have to be exchanged to people you realise that you might never have wanted to have details, once you met them. I still get the odd 3am Sat. Night call from this place.

I hear what youre saying about pay sites, but f&*k me!! Have yo seen the prices on some of them??!! For a 'premium' feature.....youre talking the bones of €50-80 for 6 months. Thats extortion!! Theyre playing on peoples vunrabilities and working on the belief that 'if they people pay that much they gotta be serious!!' or, incredibly desperate
I aint paying that to get chatting to a lady, if those sites are just a rehash of this place and the aqaurium I'd be better off with the money in my pocket thank you very much!
