Once he said im a soulmate and he is so happy he met me. At times when we chat, i usually say foolish jokes or lines intentionally making him feel not at ease in order to see his reaction. He always blocks me and then when he is okey again he adds me back and converse again. How can a man say genuine words in his heart but his actions like ignoring me. i also met him in person and he is so sool when i saw him. I just dont understand why he is behaving such...opposing words and actions at times.Please help.

He might find you confusing as well. Why would you say things to "test him" and make intentionally make him feel uncomfortable? He may doubt your sincerity due to these odd actions on your part. Re-think your approach to getting to know another person.

Happened a couple of times, since then, I put almost no WEIGHT on anything a man says... but only on what he DOES.

well, by trying to be smart, you may not act clever ... if he loves you the way he says it, he is probably over emotional about it.. and if does not feel respected by you he prefers to quit communication rather than sufering or entering useless destructive discussion. Stoping communication is sometimes the best way of avoiding conflict. My advise: Just respect his sensibility and if you can't, this guy is not for you; just move on !!! Remember, the concept of respect changes depending on the culture, so dealing with different cultures sometimes means to understand what is respctuous versus non respectuous in this culture.
