I don't really be on this much anymore...after work and getting fed i usually go for a run or a cycle so i'm always tired but just can't get to sleep at a normal time...what strenuous physical activity do you do before bed??

No i don't really get stressed, i'm fairly laid back (contrary to popular belief haha) i might just do an all nighter, i'll be wrecked the next day and probably slightly mental but at least i'll have a good kip the next night and hopefully be back to normal conversing

You could be onto something there Mc. A couple of my mates are complaining about not sleeping at the moment. Could be the colder nights or drop in pressure. I must admit I hit the pillow and I'm gome but I live on about 6 hours a night anyway.
