In response to: Should the public be concerned with the personal lifestyle of politicians?
Why or why not?
Politicians are, by nature distorters of the truth Desire to rule their fellow man has driven them since youth Along the way they've learned it takes deception and deceit If they desire to beat the crooks against whom they compete The saddest part of all is that despite what they may say Voters like lies and would not have it any other way

Glatlol: It depends on what you mean by personal life?
Their love life, family life, religion etc is no one elses business.
some politicians with public money fill up their home feed their dogs... pay their holidays dinning out with family and friends... so their private life should be our concern...

I am aware that some of them use public funds in this way and of course this is wrong, I still however dont think their private lives are any of my business.
