This is a federal case. I hope he will be impelled on the antenna sitting on top of the Empire State Building or hung from the Statue of Liberty after being doused with gasoline and then lit on fire.

well...let's see. he chose to become an American citizen in 2012 on sept 11th of all days...and if he is a "prisoner of war" then i'm thinking that his actions would then be acts of high treason...a crime punishable by death...
