most prob true
but who will the lucky country that gets to be behind it by the right wing brigade
and will civil liberties be effected by this

while it is a trageda of the highest order
innocent lives lost is always something that pains the heart

It's never right to deliberately target civilians, in any war.
To be honest I don't see what the Mick Philpot case has to do with this?

snowlynx: A lot of truth in that.

However I wouldn't admit to it being my FIRST thought....your first thought should be with the innocent victims surely?

A lot of Irish-Americans thought it was fine when the IRA was doing this regularly and now they will be going apoplectic, hard not to grimace alright.

Yes you are right Snowy, but I can't control what pops into my head, when I heard bomb in Boston my mind clouded over like it switched off from the news, and I was then thinking it was the Boston dollars that bombed Britain and now they are being bombed, I wasn't ecstatic or anything like that, I mean no one should die like that.

scriobhneoir: Apart from being a ridiculous and insensitive comment, it's also a totally ironic one coming from a scouser. Liverpool and Manchester in terms of per capita probably had more supporters of the republican cause. If there was a big bomb in Liverpool in the morning (please god there won't ever be) how would you feel if someone said that was karma? Sometimes people really shouldn't comment if they have nothing constructive to say.

Who are you to say people shouldn't comment if they have nothing constructive to say?

I will comment on whatever subject I choose to, if other people think any comments that I make are not constructive or cause offence then that is there problem not mine.

I just think the comments were insensitive but also hughly hypocritical. If bombs going off and killing innocent people in Boston could be considered Karma then why could bombs going off in the UK killing innocent people not be considered Karma too?dunno

The UK has killed millions of innocent people over the years building their "great empire" and raping countries of their people and wealth. And even now when they are the Americas little pet dog they are still involved in needless wars that are killing countless thousands of innocent people.sigh

But I would never consider the killing of innocent people Karma for anything. moping
