Because I've moved a couple times I have given away some chicks, and two young roosters got caught by a neighbor cat where I am now... my hens are just about nine months now as a matter of fact... but my rooster is quite happily taking care of them

I have 9 peafowl, (Pavo muticus muticus: "Java Green Peafowl") 7 turkeys (Red Bourbon X Wild X Bronze), 5 yard roosters (my own breed: call them "Callaghans") 7 hens in the coop with their rooster, 4 guineas, 1 blue and gold macaw, breeding flock of 6 Forpus conspicillatus (Spectacled Parrotlet) and my own personal Spec pet ("Tatu Chicken Man")...
We should maybe start a bird fanciers' thread...
I am selling off the turkeys as I am tired of the toms trying to slay me when I pass thru the yard... I bred the flogging out of my chickens.
