You need a cuisinart type food processor to make this. Take about 2-3 leaves of raw Kale, about a heaping tablespoon of Mayonaise, about the same amount of zesty Italian salad dressing, and about an ice cube size amount of sharp Cheddar cheese. You may want to grate the cheese first to go easy on the food precessor. Grind it all up and you have a really tasty garnish that goes with steak, fish, hamburger, meatloaf, or almost anything. It can be served hot or cold. I usually make several batches and store it in Tupperware in the fridge.
As usual I would love any feedback on this. Thank you.

Since I don't like Mayo I would replace it with Miracle Whip.I would also replace the Zesty Italian dressing with just plain Italian. The cheddar cheese sounds fine but do you use finely shredded colby Cheese?

You could also put it on crackers.
