brunch: bellini
lunch: caesar
before dinner: dry martini
with dinner: a simple shiraz
after dinner: coffee and feeneys
(makes it sound like i drink a lot...and i don't)

Funny, I never knew some things about Irish whiskey, even though I've been enjoying them for many years. I've even been to the Jameson distillery, and it is my favorite of all I've tried. Nothing wrong with Bushmill's or Tullamore Dew, it's just a preference.
Read this, even though it was sad for me to read.
Hate to say it, Guinness isn't Irish owned either, and I've been there too.
