I don't associate Christmas with religion
I do think of Christmas lights, Christmas tree, being with my daughter, wishing I could be with him, snow and lots and lots of pressies :yah:

Christmas used to be about spending time with family and friends but now it seems that some people have made that time into how much money can be spent and will that particular person still love me regardless of the size of the gift.
I used to look forward to Christmas cause it was one of my favorite holidays.
I used to go all out in decorating and having dinner parties etc.Now it's just another day to me.

Lots of presents is a very American way to celebrate Christmas and my children have enjoed that -from some American Friends- in the USA and here.
To these days we do not do any presents exchange in my family.
Snow we have had it, although very rarely and that is not a good thing for plants and animals.
A time for being with family that is the same for me.
Merry Christmas to you and your beloved ones.

For me Christmas about "La Familia".........the crazy cooking in the kitchen; the salsa and cumbia playing in the background; the sangria chilling in the fridge; the bickering with my siblings; .........good times spent with those I love the most!
