But merely pointing out that the precious little D4 princesses who would normally frequent Mount Carmel private Hospital, might not be overly enamoured with the delightful experience of sharing a room in The Coombe, with some of the wonderfully colourful characters one just might come across in that fine old establishment.

in my case i think it was brought on by maratons of excersise, endorphins triggered it, so intense, lasted about 40mins.
