He claims he is just bringing items to our attention but as soon as anyone points out the glaring flaws in his statements he bans them from the thread.I get banned from every thread him and his little ghostbuster gang start. And I am proud of that fact. Just means they have not got the brains or knowledge to debate with me.

Please remember that for every idiot who will ban you for your opinions there are probably five who will enjoy reading what you post (even if they don't reply) and you will never know about them, all you know about is the idiot who bans you. So it's possible to pay too much attention to the idiots, out of all proportion to their numbers.

What about the ones who take time out of their day to send me nasty, not very well written private mails to tell me how much they hate me.
I just love getting them.

I get lots. From some Irish Forum users who will remain unnamed, but they know who they are.
And a lot from irate US citizans on the internationals when I point point out their own countries human rights double standards and warmongering tactics when they are banging on about how bad other countries are.
But its nice to get mail.

i was just under 19 stone,when i started. i am now just under 17, so 4 and a half stone to go,to reach 12.5. im still obese but im fully focused and motovated to keep going and by avoiding drink i should keep on the right road all going well
