Once upon a time...
I was diving in amongst the kelp... I timed my dive wrongly, and got caught up in the sway of the current, and the kelp removed my diving gear...
I lost my mask, snorkel, flippers .. all were gone... I had only my weight belt ....
In the middle of this panic attack... I realised it was either do or die... so I opened my eyes, and down I went..to look for and retrieve my gear.. I found it all in one place, scooped it up. and sorted myself out..??

I think this is false, if you get caught in kelp you are lucky to get out alive, you would have surfaced and collected gear later.

I waited for the current to push the kelp the other way, and went down a few times looking, and did find my stuff...
I was so lucky, because for a while the panic did set in..

out in the ranges.. showing a tourist around... we spent overnight camped in one of the little old railway cottages... these were one bedroom affairs right next to an old railway...
Come morning light... heard a knocking...bit of a bump...or two
so I decided to open the door and see what was up... and in the morning mist a little joey jumped into the door, hopped on the bed which I had vacated...
Was only about a foot n a half tall.
True or false... ??
