Well, its not drowned since the glass were empty. so its alive mouse. I'd take it outside and release it.

I just shrug. It happens all the time. I have my mouse and mouse pad and laptop by my side at night, and doze off to sleep and the next thing I know, the mouse falls off the bed and onto the floor, this time, oh well, it fell into the water glass.
So I must use the one built into the computer and buy another. No big whup.
