I'd say most ex drinkers wouldn't begrudge people having few drinks and getting merry and I'd say most ex drinkers would just exit if they didnt feel comfortable around people getting drunk,
They wouldn't be on the same wave length ,,lol, but I wouldn't say they begrudge them,,they need to mind themselves first .

stanley8m: I do like to let the hair down on occasion. But, would people frown at a fat person munching into another French Fry, in the same way they disapprove of someone having a few drinks? Would it be wrong to say, "hey fatty, go easy on the burgers."
No I wouldn't frown at a full figured person munching into french fries.It's their business to do whatever it is they choose to do.
I'm not an "alcohol hater" as I was labeled by pedro I just know from my own experience of having a stepfather who was an alcoholic and witnessing how it affected me and my mother.His drinking ended up killing him.His liver was so far gone.
But in pedro's case I wasn't frowning at him.He posted two threads on drugs and alcohol and posters replied to them.Simple really or is it that simple.
If he didn't want someones opinion(s) then he shouldn't had created the threads in the first place.
In between a good share of postings His whole demeaner changed and he became verbally aggressive.
