Try it. Caramel or vanilla are good ones. The cinnamon one is a bit weird, but you actually get used to it as the coffee cools.

Nescafe is horrible. Too bitter. Best coffee is freshly ground.
See if any shops sell vanilla syrup out there. If not, just use a drop or two of vanilla cooking flavour. Not too much, as that's kinda concentrated and you'll just ruin your coffee.
