Have you tried taking evening primrose oil? I was surviving on around an hour and a half sleep a night because of the medication for Hashimoto's, the doctor put me onto evening primrose oil and (so far) it's helping a bit.
Worth a try.
I also sleep with a fan on in the bedroom to block out the neighbours when they're out on their balcony or have their tv loud etc. You can get white noise apps for free if it's too cold for a fan.

Surely, you have a Council department that covers noise abatement/noise pollution/anti-social behaviour? Complain to them. I can't believe you have endured this for 6-7 years! Stress to them that it is having an effect on your health, which I imagine it would do.

its an apartment where everyone who live in the their flats is owner of the flat(apartment). So they r the owners of their flats. And i own my flat. And talking to her husband? He himself do the things to annoy me. Now at 7 a.m. they dust off their doormat in the gallery so the dust would drop in my gallery. and she kinda of hits that doormat on the railing making big sound so we can hear the sound and reply to it. Its a new idea they are applying on me.

We have homeowners associations in the US and in Germany. I don't know about other countries. Everyone who owns a flat is a member and pays into an account money for building repairs, housemeister/super, sewer, garbage, etc. That is also where grievances are aired - such as your problem. If a person, even though they own the flat, causes a nuisance they can be legally forced to quit whatever it is they do.
Do you not have such an association for your building? If not, you should!

There are 3, or more, college boys living above me and they, and their friends and girlfriends, get home around 10:00 in the evenings and don't settle down until around 4 in the morning. One of them lifts weights and lets it drop to the floor. I about have heart-attack each time that happens.
My neighbors below me scream and curse at each other from the moment they wake up every day until the moment they go to sleep. They have a mentally challenged young boy who then sobs and cries the entire time, they slam doors.
It is a living hell and I understand about the depression and sadness. I stay at the office many times late into the night so that I don't have to go home. It is a rare night that I get more than 4 hours sleep and with my hypothyroidism, I should be receiving at least 7 hours for my thyroid balance.
My lease ends at the end of July. I will be moving if I can make it that long without losing my sanity.
Wow, that is one hell of a challenge. My ex had hypothyroidism, it is not a nice thing to have. I hope you get it under control real soon.
