Well, I will start with mutual attraction...
It takes time and sometimes a long time to find out what person the other one really is...
Our eyes are the first to create a feeling and it is so natural, if you like what you see you will instantly want to see more...and know more...

Good heart....Brains and looks obviously matter on different levels for everyone (as does heart) i guess.
But for me even if they are super good looking and highly intelligent then thats great,but without a good heart the looks and intelligence become pretty hollow and insignificant i think.

We are visual creatures, so, looks gets the ball rolling. Being approachable and communicative so both can see if there may be a connection, then some level of intelligence, humor, "heart", and compatibility.
All of these things come together beyond that first initial attraction.
