The irony is that here is a man with 5 children who was standing on the sidewalk trying to make a little money to support his family by selling loose cigarettes for a few pennies profit. By any measure he would be labeled a failure. However, given the outcome of this story, Mr Garner must be memorialized as an unqualified success by making his wife and children millionaires.
To add even more disbelief to this saga, the overzealous cop who choked him wants his job back!
