For me, malt and muesli cereal, berries, orange juice, coffee, brown soda bread with marmalade or honey. Occasionally treat myself to a croissant!

I don't usually do breakfast but if I do it is some vegetarian sausages with baked beans, maybe a fried egg and either potato waffles or toast.
Or if am in America its hard to beat some good pancakes and maybe a veggie skillet from The Original Pancake House. Nom nom nom.
