A body farm is a research facility where decomposition can be studied in a variety of settings. The aim is to gain a better understanding of the decomposition process, permitting the development of techniques for extracting information (such as the timing and circumstances of death) from human remains.
By studying human remains, it is possible to figure out the time of death as well as cause of death. Body farm research is particularly important within forensics and fields of law enforcement.

OK, I'll play your game.
The decomposition according to your analysis is physical right? That's physical, you'd probably be the first person I'd ask a simple yet profound question.
From your line of work and profession, may I ask?
Do you believe in 'after life' regardless of one's religion whether it be Muslim/Christian/Hindu etc.
What are your thoughts whilst you're looking at blank eyes on your death bed?
Serene you might take the time to check out some useful quality information on the subject of death and dying...so dutiful CS manservant offers the following links:
If you have studied the death process, you will be able to recognize the stages of a person's consciousness is going through, what elements are absorbing, and so forth, when the person is actually dying.
Without the mind, if this body doesn't have mind, then there is no way that it experiences happiness.
So there's body and mind. Body has gross body, subtle body and extremely subtle body, there are three. So gross body is easy to understand and then the subtle body, the essence of the liquid, the essence of the body. Then there is extremely subtle body, that which is the vehicle of the extremely subtle mind. So, that which is abiding, the extremely subtle body that which is abiding in the, inside the body at the heart, by measuring from the two breasts, in the center. Then there's, as far as the mind, there's gross mind and subtle mind and extremely subtle, so there are three, as far as the mind there are three types like this. So where is the extremely subtle mind abiding? That is also at the heart, by measuring from the two breasts, in the center, at the heart.

Interesting question, Sherlock
Does this topic trigger emotional reactions or organic ones hmm..
Meister1Cool: As for myself? Not really, you're great at deflecting questions though.
Let's try that again shall we? Do you believe in after life? "SHERLOCK"
I don't believe you by the way.
Allow me to respond as follows, if you will..
I asked whether this topic stirred an emotional or organic response..
You replied Not really.. ...??
My belief, or not, in an afterlife has no bearing on the fact that our mortal remains are either going to rot, or be incinerated hence I felt putting this topic up for discussion may interest some.
Finally, please enlarge on what you do not believe, about me
