Why did NJ Gov Chris Cristie endorse Trump? ( Archived) (5)

This endorsement didn't surprise me one bit. For starters it helps to know a few statistics, like population density. You should know that Northern NJ is right across the Hudson River from NYC. Millions of people cross the river by car using 2 tunnels and 1 bridge and a couple of railway tunnels every week.
The total population of New Jersey is 8.938 million. The population of NYC is 8.491 million in other words there are about as many people living in New York City as the whole state of NJ. The vast majority of these commuters live in NJ and work in NYC. Are you starting to get the picture? There is another stat you need to be aware of. There is also another geopolitical designation at play here it's called the New York Metropolitan Area and it has a population of 20.1 million people.

Now, keep this in mind, we're talking about politicians here. What choice did Cristie have in deciding who he was going to endorse that might wind up POTUS? Some guy from Florida? Ohio? Texas? Michigan? What are these guys gonna do for him or more importantly against him? Isn't there a saying about the enemy you know vs the enemy you don't know? Or that one that goes "Keep your friends close and you enemies closer".

They both work hand in hand with the NY/NJ mafia.

i second that opinion; that might be somethin he would be good at, except NJ gun laws do not reflect his support of the second amendment, but would be 100 times better than lynch, we'll see.
