The USA and NASA benefited greatly back in the late fifties and early sixties when our myopic Prime Minister cancelled an aviation program second to none! Way back then we were getting very close to Mach 2 flight speeds.
Korea is about political ideology (communism)....in their case, it is an identifiable ideology with a defined geographic perimeter.

I just feel that they are very aggressive or perhaps just a show to make it look like they are not to be ignored.

Spring snow storms have alleviated, for now, the usual spring fire hazard....I should be painting the bathroom instead of sitting in front of the computer,...but that will come all too soon! Heck...it is snowing quite heavy as I type this and look out the kitchen window!
