I had just had a message from a Meccano enthusiast Colleague in Canada describing the carnage there in Ontario who lives not far from the disaster when I wrote it and he had told me there had been a fatality.

2intrigued: Aww, thank you for being concerned about little old me. The blast happened at about 4:20 p.m. about 14 km east of me where one person is confirmed dead.

Amongst the debris, some disturbing letters were found and investigators are trying to determine if they originate from the house that blew up and if they are related to the incident. If the letters are found to be relevant, the explosion could have been done on purpose.
