2intrigued: True dat Just enjoy the moment and the rest eventually falls into place.

I think that, if women like yourself & many other women on the forums, didn't give off such negative vibes, then there may be a good chance of finding a lifelong partner.
It seems that "girl power" is more evident, than showing the feminine qualities that are attractive to men.

I haven't seen many negative vibes on this thread.

Just tentative hope of future happiness.

I understand that many have been let down in the past but it seems that it has affected their attitude towards future relationships.. Just check out the number of ladies here that state they are not looking.. Joking & laughing on the forums doesn't hide their true feelings as far as I'm concerned.wave

I wasn't talking about her being a negative person, in fact , she is the complete opposite.. I was talking about her attitude towards relationships, specifying that there's a barrier.. I've heard that saying many times & as far as I'm concerned, the only one who needs to break down that barrier is herself.

Failure is when one sees faults and doesn't look beyond them.
Success is when one looks beyond the faults and discovers the hidden treasures.

I believe all it could take is to spend some time writing to the one you fancy, if she is receptive of you then you just may happen to find her true feelings.

We shouldn't look at the forums as a way of ascertaining our beliefs about others, as it is but a stage for the world to see. It's what goes on backstage (personal mails and such) is where the truth is mostly revealed.
It's all about taking chances. grin

All I'm not looking cause I had a very good and happy marriage with my late husband and don't wish to get into another relationship. That guy would have some pretty huge shoes to fill.

It would be nice to have male companionship, if nothing else.. No one will ever fill the void of your late husband but remember, you are here & he isn't & I'm sure he wouldn't want you to be lonely .bouquet
