If anyone wants advice on cooking, I'll be only too willing to help.

"Napoli sauce"!
Simply sweat finely chopped onions , carrots, celery & garlic ... Add blended tomatoes & season... Summer gently for 1-2 hours, then add chopped parsley & basil... Add a little sugar, depending on the sweetness of the tomatoes & simmer for a further 20 minutes...

After cooling the sauce, portion the sauce into individual containers & chill...
Napoli sauce is versatile & can be used for such dishes as lasagne, bolognaise or just added to pasta, for a simple meal.

Personally, I would add horse dropping to a dessert, preferably a chocolate surprise. professor laugh

Not really an expert on that particular recipe, although if my memory serves me right, the main ingredients are sugar, vinegar , corn flour & tomato.. Maybe dreamcatcher could help us out. dunno laugh wave

Not really Allgood...I dont cook much as I used toohandshake


And stir fry recipes are really good too.
