I'm not mocking you ... you raised very pertinent and specific examples of Blair's war crimes !
Let's face it ... Blair told the Intelligent Services what their reports to him had to contain - it's inconceivable that he was unaware of his role in facilitating torture in illegal 'offshore' and 'off-grid' locations.

‘No negotiation without notification’ has been the EU’s mantra since 24 June last year. Its leaders have been determined that there’ll be no talks before Britain has formally submitted its Article 50 letter, starting the two-year countdown to this country leaving the union. Even now, after Theresa May has set out her Brexit plans with a decent amount of detail, the EU is sticking to this line. Why? Because it wants Britain to be negotiating against the clock.
Despite this, there have been informal conversations over the past six months that have helped forge the Brexit strategy that May set out on Tuesday. EU leaders’ insistence that they won’t compromise on the ‘four freedoms’ means that the government has decided against any cute attempts to reconcile single-market membership with an interpretation of the free movement rules stringent enough to satisfy British voters.

A legal national referendum was held in which a majority vote was upheld to leave the EU, that majority vote stands.
The process to leave the EU then needed to be ratified by a majority government vote, that has also now been carried out.
Therefore, what any past, present, dead or alive person wants or wishes regarding the process of leaving the EU is irrelevant and cannot make any difference to the governing powers legal right to action article 50.
That Blair has started to make waves is just him trying to wangle his way back into the political arena, something the whole world should be aghast at, the man is a disgraced ex-politician who lied to the government and to the British people, he also gave away all the controlling power the British had within the EU as a bribe in order to establish himself for the position of President of the EU, a position he is still actively seeking.
I fully agree with the premise of being innocent until proven guilty, but I also believe that when something looks like a rabid dog, walks like a rabid dog, talks like a rabid dog and acts like a rabid dog, that dog should be lock up and and checked to ensure that the public at large remain safe. Blair is looks,acts,walks and talks exactly like a rabid dog and should be treated as such!

Returning from a day of campaigning in Stoke, Caroline Flint, the Labour MP for Don Valley and a former minister under Blair, said: “It’s not about whether Tony Blair is entitled to an opinion or whether it was this week or next week, it’s about whether the advice he is giving is right. I think it is bad advice, because what Tony seems to be advocating is leaving is not inevitable and if people work hard enough, he’s hoping he can force with others a second referendum. My view is that is asking for a two-year campaign to undermine the vote, when I think we need to respect the vote and work hard to get the best deal.”
